Pressure issues, weeping valves, immersion failures, expansion vessel replacement.
Vented-to-unvented conversion
Where mains pressure allows, full conversion to mains-pressure hot water throughout the house.
Building-control sign-off
G3 certification supplied for any new install or major work. Filed with building control where required.
The qualification
G3 is non-negotiable. Every engineer holds one.
Unvented cylinders are pressure vessels. We will not let an unqualified engineer near one. Our G3 certificates are current, the work is signed off to building regs, and we hold the public liability cover to back it.

On-site survey
We test mains pressure, flow rate and the existing pipework. We measure the airing cupboard.

Specified quote
Specific cylinder model, capacity, valves and controls — quoted in writing. No vague "starting from" pricing.

Install or service
Tidy installation, all valves correctly oriented, condensate disposed of properly, system commissioned.

Sign-off & paperwork
G3 certificate, manufacturer registration and service log. All emailed the same day.
